This new full day course will take delegates through a number of scenarios which are common in agricultural practice and problem-solve the issues that are raised within them.
It considers agricultural law in a holistic way and tries to bring together various aspects of law and practice in this specialist area.
The course will look at how to approach agricultural disputes and in particular how to avoid certain issues from developing into disputes.
