National Apprenticeships Week – Frankie Jones

It’s National Apprenticeship Week (9th – 15th of February) and we would like to shine a light on the apprentices we have working with us at Agri Advisor. Our apprentices are working towards completing various qualifications while also working within our firm.

Second is Frankie Jones who is working towards completing a Level 7 – Solicitor Apprenticeship, she says:

‘Since beginning the Solicitor Apprenticeship in 2023, my role within the firm has developed significantly. Over the past year in particular, I have been able to experience a wide variety of practical legal work.

I have attended court hearings, mediations, and several conferences with counsel, as well as taking part in client meetings. Being directly involved in these matters has allowed me to understand the realities of legal practice in a way that studying alone never could.

I can feel my knowledge and confidence growing as time goes on, and I am excited to progress towards completing my undergraduate law degree and moving on to the SQE in around eighteen months’ time. Being able to learn directly from experienced solicitors, who are always willing to share their guidance, continues to be one of the most valuable aspects of the apprenticeship.’
