National Apprenticeships Week – Kelsie Flavell
It’s National Apprenticeship Week (9th – 15th of February) and we would like to shine a light on the apprentices we have working with us at Agri Advisor. Our apprentices are working towards completing various qualifications while also working within our firm.
First is Kelsie Flavell who is working towards completing a Level 3 CILEX Paralegal Apprenticeship, she says:
Since beginning my apprenticeship in October 2024, I have found that working within a legal environment while studying has been both rewarding and motivating. I have already sat four of my six exams and will complete my studies later this year, at which point I will qualify as a Paralegal.
Over the past year and a half, I have been able to develop my practical legal skills alongside my studies, making the transition from learning to practice engaging and effective. Working closely with experienced solicitors has provided me with invaluable hands‑on experience and has given me the opportunity to develop a stronger understanding of legal processes. Balancing full‑time work with my studies has also strengthened key transferable skills such as communication, time management and organisation, all of which are essential within the legal profession.
Overall, my apprenticeship has given me a strong foundation for my future career in law and a clear pathway for progression within the legal sector. I would highly recommend this route to anyone seeking practical experience while working toward a professional qualification.
