The holding extends to 179.87 hectares, comprising extensive hill grazing land, farm buildings and handling areas within the farmyard. The opportunity is for the land and buildings only.

Scheme participation

The supplied particulars indicate that it may be possible to claim under the Sustainable Farming Scheme. Any proposed claim should be discussed as part of the tenancy arrangements; a payment is not guaranteed by these particulars.

After the viewing, a completed tender application is due in to alisonh@agriadvisor.co.uk by 3pm Monday 26^th October 2026.  You can also take a copy of the tender application to the Pumsaint office before 3pm Monday 26^th October 2026.
