Customer Consultant – Machynlleth Office

Location: Machynlleth
Hours: 9–1 or 9–5 (Part‑time / Full‑time / Job Share)

Agri Advisor is seeking a hard‑working and motivated individual to join the Principality Building Society team in Machynlleth. This is a varied role suited to someone who is reliable, professional, and committed to delivering an excellent level of customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing a warm, efficient, and professional service to all customers.
  • Assisting members with their savings enquiries, mortgage questions, and day‑to‑day transactions.
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supporting branch operations and contributing to a positive, team‑focused working environment.

Additional Responsibilities

Applicants will also support Agri Advisor as an Administrative Assistant, undertaking:

  • General administrative duties
  • Document preparation and filing
  • Data input and record maintenance
  • Support to the wider advisory team as required

Working Hours

  • Part‑time: 9.00am – 1.00pm
  • Full‑time: 9.00am – 5.00pm
  • Job share: Considered
