Elliw Huws

Elliw joined the Agri Advisor team in November 2025 and works as an Office Assistant in our Aberystwyth office. She was raised on a Dairy farm in Anglesey and has now progressed to studying Law and Welsh at Aberystwyth University. While looking for a part-time job alongside her studies in 2025, she came across this position in the Aberystwyth office, where she has the opportunity to develop her legal skills. Elliw has a huge interest in agriculture, and the fact that she can be part of the sector while studying feels very homely to her.

Elliw has been a member of the Bodedern Young Farmers Club for eight years and has held many positions in the movement on the island. She is also an active member of the Urdd movement and volunteers for them on a regular basis. She is the Secretary and the Welsh Officer of the Aberystwyth Welsh Students’ Union. Alongside this, she is a Law department Student Ambassador and an Academic Representative for second-year students of Welsh studies.

Elliw enjoys listening to a wide range of music and enjoys composing and publishing her own music from time to time. But her first love is going for a walk with her friends and making a ‘pit-stop’ in a pub on the way. Elliw is a fluent Welsh Speaker.
