Kay Lewis

Kay, a farmer’s daughter, joined Agri Advisor in June 2016. Prior to this she worked in HR in Dunbia, Llanybydder and Pembrokeshire Housing Association. In addition, Kay has worked for Tesco and JJ Morris Estate Agents & Auctioneers, thus gaining experience in both large and small organisations in both the private and public sectors.

Kay is responsible for all staffing matters including recruitment and the development of personnel within the Agri Advisor Team; ensuring staff are well equipped with the latest information to provide a consistently high level of service to all clients. Kay’s main duties include employee relations and engagement, communication and team structure, HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and performance management, and aiding in succession planning for a strong team for the future.

With the team expanding in Agri Advisor, Kay has responsibility for maintaining HR systems maximising employee performance at all times. She is a fluent Welsh speaker.
