Melissa Charles-Davies

Melissa joined Agri Advisor in November 2025 as part of the Dispute Resolution team, bringing with her five years’ post-qualification experience as a solicitor. Her practice focuses predominantly on contentious matters relating to land and property, where she advises clients on a wide range of complex disputes.

Melissa’s areas of expertise include estoppel claims, tenancy disputes, boundary disagreements, rights of way matters, possession claims, and partnership disputes. Melissa also has experience in commercial litigation, including debt recovery and breach of contract claims.

Melissa takes a practical and client-focused approach to dispute resolution, with a strong emphasis on achieving clear, effective and proportionate outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys keeping active and spending time outdoors, making the most of opportunities to unwind and recharge away from the office.

Melissa is a fluent Welsh Speaker.
